Top Features in this Hot Tub Package

Air Jets Massage & Multicolour LED Light
This oval two-person tub has 12 air jets, placed identically around both seats. There are 4 jets at the backrest area in each seat and 4 foot-massage jets at the foot area. Underwater LED light illuminates the water with red, green, and blue colours, that can be set to single-colour, multi-colour, static and changing modes.

External Stainless Steel Heater
The wood burner is an external one in this model. It will take 1-1.6 hours in summer and 2-2.5 hours in winter to bring water to optimal bathing temperature.

Easy Care Fiberglass Insert
This model has two moulded seats at each end of an oval. The insert is designed to fit your body shape and provide comfy seating while bathing. Its sleek, seamless surface is pleasant to touch and easy to clean with simple dish detergent.

Scandinavian Thermowood Finish
This carefully selected material is not only durable and resistant to any kind of weather, but also nicely rugged with a minimal water absorption level. The special wood treatment with heat, steam, and oil increases its resistance against many microorganisms and insects.

Integrated Water Filter
The integrated cartridge filter comes already installed in your hot tub and is not visible from the outside. It is a small yet powerful filter pumping through 3,758 litres an hour. You will need to operate it 4-5 hours daily and change cartridge every 2-3 weeks.

Fits Up To 2 Adults
The oval hot tub is 100cm wide and is suitable for 2 people. There will still be enough space for a small child though. When you’re alone inside the tub, you can access 170cm of stretching space!

What Our Clients Say

We Bought 3 Hot Tubs
This company have been incredibly professional. From the moment I contacted them through to the delivery and installation, everything has been seamless. We bought 3 hot tubs from them. 2 for our guest houses and 1 for us and we couldn’t recommend them more. They look absolutely stunning and make our home like a staycation everyday of the week. All friends and family compliment how lovely they look. We have free wood on site so no hefty electricity bills. They heat up super quick and the heat really lasts. Really love being in there when it’s cold outside or even raining. Feels so Luxurious.

Impressed by the quality
Great purchase, really happy with the ease of use, 2 to 3 hrs to reach 38 deg C ( 8 hardwood ) only drops a few degrees overnight without 🔥 Bubbles and lights really therapeutic. Installed (on a pre prepared and serviced area at corner of my deck) by Gardenvity contractors in a few hours. Impressed by the quality.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service all through ordering and delivery. It’s a big delivery and ours was up a tricky driveway with a slope but the driver was determined but we still had 4 helpers to manoeuvre into final place. We’ve had the hot tub for around 10 months and we love it and use most weekends especially over winter. No issues once we sorted the filter at the start ( an email to Gardenvity and they told us what to try) so I recommend them for the quality of product and customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long can I bathe in my wood fired hot tub?
What is a safe water temperature for bathing in my hot tub?
How long does it take to fill my wooden hot tub with water?
Usually, it will take about 1-1.5 hours to fill a wood burning hot tub.
The Gardenvity Hot Tub for 6-8 people will need 1200-1300 liters of water, while the Gardenvity Hot Tub for 8-10 people will accommodate 1500-1600 liters.
The exact filling time will depend on your individual water outlet.
How can I control the temp. of the water in my wooden hot tub?
Once it approaches your chosen temperature, you simply stop adding wood to the heater. If it feels a bit too hot, just add some cold water from the garden hose or open the cover and allow some time for the heat to evaporate.
Can one person take off the hot tub lid?
What type of fuel can I burn in the hot tub heater?
Use dry firewood to avoid a pile of smoking wood and efficient heating of the water.
In Australia, we recommend to use Jarrah wood, or similar.
Do not burn anything else. Please read our dedicated article with tips and tricks to heat a wood fired hot tub here.
How do I clean the exterior of my Gardenvity wooden hot tub?
The thermowood exterior needs no extra maintenance and cleaning – it’s already treated thermally to serve you for many years. If, however, you want to remove some dirt, use a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
Rinse with a garden hose. Do not use brushes to scrub the dirt off the thermowood surface. Over time, the surface of thermowood will become greyish as all-natural wood does.
If you wish to maintain the original thermowood appearance, treat it with transparent paint containing some brown pigment.
How do I clean the fiberglass insert of my hot tub?
You can also use a mild detergent, soap, or pool cleaning products. Avoid brushes or other hard instruments because they may damage the surface of the fiberglass.
After cleaning the wood burning hot tub with detergents, rinse well with a water hose and drain completely.
We do not recommend using any cleaning products with chlorine because this could damage the hot tub and the heater.
Do I need to assemble the wooden hot tub?
It is quite a simple process that is described in the user manual which you will receive with your wood burning hot tub.
Can I have my wooden hot tub delivered straight to my back garden?
We will only deliver the wood fired hot tub to your front garden or driveway. For an additional cost, you can get an optional delivery service to the final spot in your garden.
